National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) and Seruti Field Officer Training March 2025

BPS Muna Regency held training for field officers for the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) and Seruti March 2025 on January 13-23, 2025. The training was held in a hybrid manner by combining independent, online, and offline learning methods. Online learning was carried out for 3 effective days in 2 waves (January 13-15 and January 16-18). Meanwhile, offline learning was carried out for 1 effective day for Susenas field officers and 2 effective days for Susenas-Seruti field officers. Offline learning was carried out at the Nes Inn Hotel and Mutiara Hotel with a total of 4 classes (2 classes per wave).

One of the main objectives of conducting survey officer training is to obtain quality data by minimizing sampling error and non-sampling error. It is hoped that from the training carried out, officers can understand the concept and definition of the Susenas and Seruti surveys and can collect accurate information from respondents by implementing the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) for data collection as taught during the training.
